Any NHS, Vision Plan, or Corporate entitlements can be applied to the first pair. Additional discounts may also be applied to the second pair’s frame if you're eligible.

The referee must not have had an appointment at any Haine & Smith practice within the past 5 years.

The referee must visit for a sight test to qualify for the discount.

The discount can only be used to purchase tangible products (e.g., spectacles, sunglasses, contact lens products, accessories) and is strictly non-transferable.

To apply for this offer:

• Online: Visit the designated page and complete the online form.
• Offline: The referrer must complete a leaflet and give it to the referee, who must present it at their sight test.

The discount must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be refunded or applied retrospectively once full payment has been made. If a deposit has been paid, the discount can be applied to the remaining balance upon collection.

If full payment has already been made, the qualifying discount can be used on future purchases (e.g., additional pairs of glasses, sunglasses, or accessories) as long as they are made within the 6-month period outlined below.

The £50 discount is applied to a single qualifying purchase of complete spectacles or sunglasses (prescription or non-prescription).

Accessories are excluded from this offer.

Only one voucher can be redeemed per transaction.

The voucher must be presented at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.

The voucher cannot be used towards the cost of sight tests, eye examinations, contact lenses, or any clinical services.

It cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or offer.

The additional pair(s) must be ordered within 90 days of your original purchase.

The first pair will be charged at our standard retail price; the 25% discount will be applied to the lower-value pair(s).

If the first (full-price) pair is returned, the discounted pricing on the additional pair(s) will no longer apply and the discount will be reversed.

This offer cannot be applied to non-prescription sunglasses, accessories, or any services (e.g., eye tests or adjustments).

Vision Plan, Corporate, or staff relatives discount may also be applied to the second pair’s frame.

For spectacles and sunglasses, the discount applies when you spend at least £100 on a single purchase.

For contact lenses, the discount applies when you join our Vision Plan – a Contact Lens Care scheme paid by Direct Debit. The discount will be applied to your first batch of lenses upon sign-up.

If the first batch of contact lenses costs less than £25, the lenses will be provided for free, but no credit will be retained.

Pay for a private sight test, OR

Have a valid NHS sight test entitlement.

The upgrade is available only at practices equipped with OCT technology.

Patients registered at practices without OCT facilities can still redeem this offer by booking at a participating location.
